Now that we have covered the bad memories, let's move on to some of the lighthearted times. Lizzie is really affectionate. If Lizzie wants your attention or appreciates you, she will bump into you with her butt. When we first fostered Lizzie, she was more nervous than happy. As we have had her longer, she started to really like us. One day we found out Lizzie had a passion for walks, as all huskies should. It is fun to watch her explode with excitement when we get the leash. Lizzie loves attention, not as much as Hoover, in the mornings she lets me lay my head on her hip. When we leave the house, she might retreat to my room. She doesn't always eat her biscuit when we leave. She will jump on my bed with her biscuit. She takes it with her so Hoover doesn't get fat eating her biscuit. She'll abandon her biscuit and sometimes we may find a biscuit in my bed. I'm glad we decided to keep Lizzie even though we don't foster anymore.

We have fall break this week. I'm not going anywhere but at least I get to relax. I'll do ordinary things like play with Legos or play with my dogs. I might get to go to my mum's office and geek out with one of her coworkers. Then I can also play some futbol or as the American's call it, soccer.

Good one, Ian!

I hope the "bad" memories of Lizzie become funny memories in time! I was glad when you kept her. Back to the grind next week - no more geeking out. Boo!
